These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qr777 platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and qr777. We ask that you read this entire document before opening an account.

Account Creation & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met in order to create an account and use services on qr777:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. We may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself — placing bets on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• qr777 reserves the right to reject any account application at any time without providing a reason.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. You must comply with the following:

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. qr777 will not be liable for transactions made by a third party unless it is proven that they occurred due to a failure on the part of the platform itself.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qr777 are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption. The payment rules are described below:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted and may result in funds being held.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• A standard withdrawal takes between 5 and 30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals will only be sent via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Verification of the member's identity must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• qr777 may request additional information and temporarily place a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

qr777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies to the bonus amount only (not to deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on qr777:

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets strategically with the intent of abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting or bonus abuse).
• Using hacking, software bots, automation tools, or any other unethical technology.
• Colluding with other members to influence the outcome of a game.
• Deliberately exploiting any software bug or glitch on the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or granting a minor access to one.
• Impersonating qr777 staff or engaging in fraudulent communications.

Account Closure & Suspension

Limitation of Liability

qr777 is not liable for the following:

• Gaming interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device failure.
• Transaction delays caused by temporary outages or delays from third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from a member's negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, or circumstances beyond qr777's control.
• Financial losses from gaming activity — gaming inherently carries risk and there is no guarantee of winning.
